Q: What can I expect to arrive each month's subscription box?

A: Each Mercantile Mail box is full of goodies for use in your planner, scrapbook, smash-book, journal, or other project.  You can expect to find a mix of: stickers, postcards, paperclips, decorative papers, stamps, embellishments, and anything else we can think up.  Want to join the club?  Click the Subscribe Now link at the top of the page.

Q: Will my subscription renew automatically?

A: Yes.  :-) Your subscription will automatically renew.  This is fab since once your are subscribed you don't have to worry about missing any of boxes, which always have exclusive product.

Q: Can I skip a month of my subscription?

A: Yes! If you're traveling or up to your eyeballs in goodies, you can skip a month. Just log into your account and manage it there - let' us know before the 15th of the previous month.  For example if you want to put your May 2016 box on hold you would need to update your account by April 15, 2016.

Q: Can I give a Mercantile Mail subscription as a gift?

A: Not at this moment but we will be adding this function very soon!

Q: What is the cancelation policy?

A: Oh no, we hate to see you go! You can cancel anytime. Contact us directly at [email protected] and we'll help you out.

Q: Can I re-order an item that I received in my monthly box?

A: Yes, from time to time we will have special sales of items in the kits. However not all items will be available as some are limited editions and when they are gone they are gone.

Q: I have an awesome product that would be perfect in your box!  How can I submit them for review?

A: I would LOVE to see your products and I love collaboration! You can contact me at [email protected] and let’s chat about how we can work together.


Q: How much does the Mercantile Mail Kit cost?

A: The Mercantile Mail kit is $24.95 for all customers in the US - Free shipping. International customers add $10 for shipping.

Q: When will I be billed each month?

A: If this is your first time signing up, you will be charged immediately for your first subscription. After that, you will be billed on the 15th of the month for your next cycle. For example: If you join on February 10th you will be charged on that day and then, on March 15th for your next box, and so on, until you cancel your subscription.

Q: How do I update my billing and shipping information?

A: You can manage everything regarding your subscription from your account. You create an account when you subscribe, so everything is easy peasy for you to adjust.

Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: Currently, we accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover

Q: Can I pay with PayPal?

A: Unfortunately, not right now, Paypal doesn't work with our billing platform.

Q: When does the Mercantile Mail kit ship?

A: Our kits ship the first week of the month - but no later than the seventh.   We will notify you as soon as the boxes head to the US Post Office.  We ship everything thing via first class mail.

Q: Do you have questions about your shipment?

Q: How do I apply my VIP coupon?

A: All you have to do is add your code when you are checking out and the discount will be applied! The VIP discount only needs to be applied when you first subscribe.  You will get 10% off on all of your monthly shipments forever.

Q: Do you have a referral program?

A: Not right now, but stay tuned it's on the way.

Q: I forgot to add my promotion code. Now what?
